This solution is used to monitor “live” production progress on each shift and verify compliance with the production plan.

The system has been integrated with machine tools working in the technological line to read and register the performance of operations. In individual production sockets, the solution has been additionally integrated with the software operating there to identify and register the product being made.

The collected information allows you to display the current state of production on individual sections of the technological line and present them on displays in the production hall so that employees can see if they are in the assumed performance standard.

In addition, the system allows you to track the production cycle of a single product, where and in which production sockets it stayed.
